Swissbit: Lessons learned from Chiplet Design as Test Vehicle for automotive reliability

At this presentation, Mr. Weis will speak about one task of the CeCaS project and the role of Swissbit during this project. He will briefly touch the underlaying concept and the driver behind the chiplet test vehicle.

After the implementation of the concept in Xpedition and a successful tape out and DFM Swissbit started to assemble the chiplets. Mr. Weis will speak about several challenges Swissbit had to solve during assembly and he will share some lessons learned during assembly and test of the demonstrator.
