Chiplet design as test vehicle for automotive reliability exploration

On this presentation, Mr. Weis will discuss about one task of the CeCaS project and the role of Swissbit during this project. He will briefly touch the underlaying concept and the driver behind the chiplet test vehicle. During the implementation of the concept Mr. Weis had to solve several challenges and he will share his implementation ideas in this presentation. Mr. Weis will show how he realized the design in Xpedition and will close his presentation with some lessons learned.
