The meeting will present the principles of creating encrypted connections using TLS protocol certificates between SIMATIC S7-1200G2 controllers.

Based on a prepared example, the "LOpenUserComm_Tcp" communication library, which allows for secure communication between controllers, will be presented.

Furthermore, the principles of interoperability between S7-1200G2 and Unified Basic/Comfort family panels, which also use certificates, will be discussed.

NFC (Near Field Communication) communication and the S7-1200G2 application, available free of charge for Android and iOS, will also be presented.

The syslog log will be presented for analyzing unauthorized access attempts and archiving service event logs on the S7-1200G2 controller.
