Discover how you can create sustainable value for customers, operators, and service teams through the Siemens ecosystem and an end-to-end Digital Thread spanning engineering to service execution. Learn how product, service, and customer data can be intelligently connected to increase efficiency, make better-informed decisions, and enable new business models.

Special Highlights

Keynote: “Leading in an Agentic World”

Look forward to the keynote “Leading in an Agentic World” by Prof. Dr.-Ing. Thomas Meenken.

As the former CTO of BHS Corrugated and a former executive at Zeiss and Roche, Prof. Meenken brings many years of experience in the digitalization of complex products and service organizations. Today, he advises companies on artificial intelligence, digital twins, and systems engineering. He is also a Professor of Technology of Scale at the Technology Transfer Center Kemnath at TH Deggendorf.

His keynote explores current developments in agentic AI and offers insights into the future role of technology, leadership, and innovation in the industrial sector.

The Partner Perspective – valantic

Experience “One Machine, Two Moments: From Quotation to Service with Teamcenter and Salesforce.” Through two short demo sequences, valantic will demonstrate how a machine is configured in Salesforce Revenue Cloud using engineering logic from Teamcenter—and how Agentforce and a Teamcenter-based agent work together to resolve a service case eight years later.

The key message: Successful AI in service starts with comprehensive machine knowledge as early as the quotation phase. Discover how CRM and PLM work together and which use case you can start implementing pragmatically.
