Karthik Reddy Venna - Product Lifecycle & Sustainability Manager
After earning his Master’s degree in 2012 in Electrical Power Engineering at TU-Cottbus, Karthik went on to earn a PhD also at TU-Cottbus in developing SF6-free HV Vacuum Circuit Breakers for 72.5 kV and 145 kV. In 2015, he joined Siemens AG as an application engineer and then became R&D manager for generator circuit breakers systems. Since 2021, Karthik is working as a PLM for the primary gas insulated switchgear portfolio and also responsible for sustainability topics for whole GIS family. He is active in various Cigre working groups and standard committees and also considered as a key expert in medium voltage switching applications.

Andra Seidler - Transformation Manager
Andra Seidler heads the Transformation Department at the Siemens switchgear plant in Frankfurt, where she is responsible for key topics such as communication, events, sustainability, and training. She has extensive experience as a manufacturing planner in the production sector with a focus on lean management. Her expertise spans locations in Germany as well as international assignments, including in Mexico.
