This white paper provides the positioning and capabilities of Simcenter™ 3D Smart Virtual Sensing software, including an in-depth discussion of its underlying technologies. Additionally, it demonstrates the capabilities of using a robot base demonstrator, combining Simcenter 3D Nastran software finite element (FE) modeling solutions and experimental measurements within Simcenter 3D Smart Virtual Sensing to successfully perform field and load estimates. Finally, this paper presents its conclusions and outlook.
