Tessent Streaming Scan Network provides a novel approach to scan data delivery. SSN uses packetized data to transform a data stream from input pins to core scan channel inputs. The SSN software automatically optimizes data delivery packet fill rates to produce an efficient test time instead of manually trying to optimize and balance IO bandwidth to various core channels and pattern sets statically. Customers often ask how many SSN channels should be used and how can they be balanced. This presentation shows how one channel can provide the ideal architecture.
