Tessent Streaming Scan Network includes methodology for generating ATPG and diagnosis. Once integrated in devices, SSN reduces scan test data volume and allows efficient parallel testing of multiple cores. It enables the designer to lower risk and development in ATPG scan testing. SSN is a bus distribution network along with local IP) blocks that generate DFT signals. These signals streamline data distribution in the designs. This presentation gives the user a starting point to understand SSN and key differences in use cases.
