Fast Power Profiling and Key Metric Generation with Trend Tracking for Full SoC Workloads
The Veloce Powerstream App generates power profile and time-based power metrics and stores them in a centralized database for the life cycle of a project. The data is collected for desired IPs in addition to the top-level design. This allows the design team to track power behavior of individual IPs or entire systems. It enables them to easily compare power behavior of an IP over different microarchitectural choices, test settings, and RTL variations.
