Calibre MDP products perform critical tasks including fracturing into formats like MBW, MBF, VSB, GDSII, OASIS, MEBES and others, while optimizing output for maximum mask writer performance.

At its core, Calibre MDP uses advanced data processing methods to handle complex geometries, delivering both fast turnaround times and compact file sizes even for very large data sets. The solution includes comprehensive mask rule checking (MRC) and supports both rule-based and model-based mask process correction (MPC) to ensure manufacturing accuracy.
