Line differential protection

Webinar series for protection engineers – both beginners and experts – this covers design, device selection, configuration, and testing

On-demand webinar

Line differential protection: What is it? How does it work? Why do we use it? Where do we use it? These questions will be addressed before we delve into practical applications and explain related functions such as the protection interface.

Line differential protection is a core element of line protection, applied from transmission down to distribution voltage levels. Gain an introduction and deep insights into line differential protection theory and the SIPROTEC 5 line protection devices.

Join our technical experts, Nina Hühn and Philipp Stachel, as they guide you through the line differential protection solutions.

Benefits

  • Understand the principles of line protection
  • Explore device configuration and testing
