Performance improvements to the various modal and dynamic solution sequences:
support two types of parallelism: shared memory parallelism (SMP) and distributed memory parallelism (DMP)
provide direct or modal frequency response analysis
direct frequency response (SOL 108) performance with better DMP and MUMPS support
reduce elapsed time by 20 to 50 percent when new recursive domain normal modes analysis (RDMODES) approach is based on shared memory parallel (SMP) architecture
improve model frequency response with automatic fast frequency algorithms for low-rank and high-rank damping problems
