Unlocking potential: harnessing mPower Analog to explore electromigration In custom inductors

A method to run EM analysis on custom (inductor) devices based on mPower Analog is presented. The method is based on regular mPower Analog flow with only minor modifications. All mPower Analog debugging capabilities are supported. There is no need for dedicated schematics/layouts/testbenches and the EM analysis can be started early on in the design cycle.
