How-to use New Calibre Interactive Configuration files together with Classic Customization Files

The New Calibre Interactive (CI) supports legacy Tcl customization files from Classic Calibre Interactive. This includes custom Tcl code that user may have added to the customization file. However, users that wish to continue using their classic customization files, especially those with more complex files containing custom code, may also which to leverage the new GUI wide configuration capabilities that are available in New CI.

New CI supports the usage of legacy Classic CI custom files in combination with New CI configuration files. Configuration Editor allows users to open the classic CI file which will be added as an integrated custom page, and then make changes to the GUI configuration. The files are then both opened and used together in the New Calibre Interactive GUI.
