Solid Edge Fundamentals

Additionally, you will explore basic simulation techniques, which help students dive into the world of engineering with confidence. Designed specifically for educators, especially those new to Solid Edge, this course will prepare you to engage students in STEM classroom learning.

Course requirements

This instructor-led course is hosted virtually. Prior engineering experience is not required.

Please plan to attend each day of your selected course dates, as each day builds on the previous day. A certificate for continuing education credits (CEUs) will be provided upon completion of the course.

Please install the latest academic edition of Solid Edge prior to attending the course. Download a free version for educators here.

We recommend using a webcam to ensure high-quality resolution. It is also essential to have a working microphone and a mouse. CAD is nearly impossible to run with a touchpad.
