Despite the reduced size of the box, Veloce X-STEP EVA is everything the previous-generation X-STEP V is, plus more. In addition to 10G/25G line rates, Veloce X-STEP EVA introduces the 50G line rate as the first O-RAN Fronthaul test system on the market. Compared to X-STEP V, EVA provides O-RAN timing logic for significantly more antenna carriers, antenna retiming support, and PTP slave.
