Senseye Predictive Maintenance Increases OEE

A major global automotive manufacturer, producing over 4.7 million vehicles annually across 20 countries, faced the challenge of leveraging vast sensor data to improve maintenance and reduce production downtime. With a goal to cut downtime by up to 50% across thousands of diverse machines, they initiated a Predictive Maintenance program in 2016.

The manufacturer implemented Senseye Predictive Maintenance across multiple global production sites. This solution enabled them to significantly expand their predictive maintenance capabilities, moving towards autonomy in their adoption and scaling efforts.
